This walk takes you to the ‘other side’ of Old Delhi, to see how people have lived in and around Chandni Chowk for the last four centuries and to understand the complex web of commerce and culture, which makes this city thrive.
What to expect: We start from the familiar Chandni Chowk but soon slip into by-lanes and gallis that transport us int a different world, buzzing with commerce. We explore markets of all things, shapes and sizes right from a cloth bazaar to a paan wholesale market, hardware shops to a spice market. With some staple landmarks and yummy food thrown in for good measure, you’ll start looking at this amazing city very differently.
